リーガルサポート無料電話相談の一時休止のお知らせ

愛知県を対象に新型コロナウイルス対策の特別措置法（新型インフルエンザ等対策特別措置法）に基づく「緊急事態宣言」が発出されました。リーガルサポート愛知支部では、無料電話相談の受付事務を行う職員の出勤抑制を始めとする感染防止のための取組を行いながら業務を行っていく関係上、令和３年１月１８日（月曜日）より、無料電話相談を当面の間休止させていただきます。 ご利用の皆様にはご不便をお掛け致しますが、何卒、ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
リーガルサポートとは
リーガルサポートは、
現在の成年後見制度のスタートに先立ち、
成年後見制度の利用の促進や啓発活動、
そして第三者後見人の供給源として、平成11年12月に
司法書士を
正会員として設立された公益社団法人です。
リーガルサポートは、
成年後見制度に関する法律だけでなく、
倫理や福祉・医療に関する分野等
幅広いテーマの様々な研修を実施し、
より質の高い第三者後見人を養成するとともに、
後見業務を受任している会員に対しては
一定の業務報告を求め、
会員の執務支援及び執務の適正さの
確認を行っています。
